Ranger Training & Travel

The courses takes place in the game rich, Waterberg region of Limpopo Province South Africa. Once accepted, trainees will join the Soldiers For Wildlife team in groups of 5-10, for included tuition, training, equipment, accommodation, meals and transport. Students must bring their own torch, hiking boots, sandals, hat, sunscreen, neutral colored clothing, a warm fleece jacket, binoculars and a sleeping bag. If it is the ranger course the students are attending, a written exam must be taken at the end of course to receive a certificate and become ranger qualified.
